Kayana Villa Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
A confirmation email will be sent with all booking details and check-in instructions.
Rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change without prior notice.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment.
Balance must be settled before or upon arrival, depending on the booking agreement.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
50% charge for cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival.
100% charge for cancellations made within 6 days or in case of no-show.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
Please respect the villa, local culture, and neighborhood peace.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
6. Children & Extra Guests
Children are welcome at the villa.
Extra guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional charges.
7. Transportation & Services
Complimentary shuttle service around Nusa Lembongan is available during operating hours.
Airport or hotel transfer and fast ferry services are available in selected packages or upon request.
8. Liability
Kayana Villa Lembongan is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disaster, or transport delays).
Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance.
